Most answers are provided within 48 hours of receiving the required financing information, which includes:
- 3 years financial statements and/or tax return on the business.
- 3 years personal tax returns on owner(s).
- Personal Financial Statement on owner(s).
- Information on the asset(s) to be financed.
Please note that start-up businesses, real estate loans, and SBA guaranteed loans will have additional required documentation.
Real Estate Loans: Options are available for construction and/or long term financing, on both commercial and investment property.
Term Loans: Fidelity offers competitive rates with flexible terms to finance vehicles, equipment, or the purchase of a business. These loans can be new debt or refinancing, and are available with fixed or variable interest rates.
Lines of Credit: Help smooth cash flow by funding growth in inventory and/or accounts receivable.
